Welcome to Nickel Danes

My name is Brenda, my family and I run a small kennel located in Cape Cod,Massachusetts. I strive for soundness, temperament, and quality. Every litter is carefully researched to ensure that our puppies reach the AKC standard. All my dogs and puppies are naturally raised, which means they eat a species appropriate diet, raw food (B.A.R.F), which I have been feeding for over 7 years.  I offer my potential puppy families lots of advice on raw feeding as well as a limited, if any, vaccine protocol.
I have owned danes for over 14 years, and I'm learning more and more everyday.
Our kennel name, Nickel, comes from a combination of my children's names, Nick and Kelsey.  We have since added to our brood, but decide not to change our name :-)

I am currently enrolled in the Companion Animal Science Institute working towards my 2 year diploma in Canine Nutrition.
